The number of revisions and the post-delivery support period will be specified in your project agreement. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Logical Mastermind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
